We are a North West-based private home improvement agency, with a focus on innovation and accessible living. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced Occupational Therapists, Trusted Assessors, Building Surveyors, Project Managers, and vetted Contractors. We work closely with individuals, families, landlords, councils and housing providers to design and deliver home adaptations that are both practical and person-centred.

Occupational Therapy Assessments
We undertake professional OT assessments to identify individual needs and recommend appropriate equipment & adaptations to suit your current and long-term needs. We also have qualified Trusted Assessors who are experienced in more straightforward cases.
Design & Technical Services
We provide comprehensive technical drawings and layout planning tailored to your accessibility and functional requirements, whether adapting access to your property, a bathroom, or your entire home. Our surveyors are specialists in designing "future-proofed" accessible adaptations.
DFG Application Support
We have expert knowledge of legislation and best practice guidance for Disabled Facilities Grants. We help clients navigate the Disabled Facilities Grant process, from preparing the necessary reports, completing application paperwork, to liaising with local authorities.
Project Management
We work with an approved list of experienced builders and specialists familiar with accessible adaptations and grant-funded works. From obtaining quotes to overseeing contractors, we manage your adaptation project to ensure it’s delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
